The Exigent Defense Vanish556 suppressor features a proprietary coaxial venting system that dynamically manages gas flow to reduce back pressure and minimize gas blowback to the operator. This lightweight 5.56 suppressor improves shooting comfort, lowers cyclic stress on host weapon components, and enhances reliability during sustained or high-volume fire. An internal four-prong flash hider combined with directional high-flow gas ports reduces flash signature while improving sound wave disruption and channeling gases away from the shooter.

Manufactured from aerospace-grade Grade 5 Titanium using Direct Metal Laser Sintering, the Vanish556 utilizes complex internal geometries not achievable through traditional machining to optimize sound suppression and gas mitigation. Industry-standard 1.375x24 HUB threads with wrench flats provide compatibility with a wide range of quick-detach mounting systems, with a direct-thread adapter sold separately. Finished in Cerakote C-Series C-102 Graphite Black, the suppressor gains enhanced resistance to heat, abrasion, corrosion, and environmental wear while maintaining a low-visibility tactical finish.
